Why GPL and not a permissive licence: this product ships FFmpeg built with --enable-gpl and --enable-version3 (x264, x265, xvid among others). A work distributed as a whole together with a GPLv3 binary is licensed as a whole under GPLv3.

"Audion" and the Audion mark identify the author of this project and are not licensed for use as a name or brand of derivative works.

Third-party components shipped with this product keep their own licences. The full list, with the notices those licences require, is in the "licenses" folder next to the program.
